Peer-to-peer Mentoring

Participants: 1-1

Programme duration: Min 6 sessions

Session length: 1 – 2 hours

Goal: To empower founders and teach them structured processes to resolve problems
We begin with a diagnostic session to assess the needs of the entrepreneur. Then we put together a program and set out a schedule to address, break down, and solve the key challenges.

The goal of mentoring is to build a personal relationship between mentor and mentee to enable the founder to reach out and ask for advice when they need assistance.

Team Mentoring

Participants: One-to-many

Programme duration: 2 week program- total of 6 hours

Goal: To support with effective approaches the leader and the team to focus and re-structure, learn stress management, mindfulness, empathic collaboration and new techniques to reach the company and team goals.
Group mentoring sessions are topic-based workshops, covering a range of issues that all companies and teams face.
